at the 2007 SASS Convention!

Railroad Bill is a SASS Regulator and an RO II.
He is the Territorial Governor for Sandoval and Bunker Hill.
He is a member of the Arnold club, and shoots at Effingham, Sandoval, Bunker Hill, and occasionally Highland.
